The Nino Rollo Foundation, recognized by the Regional Government of Puglia, was set up as a nonprofit organization in 2007 to commemorate the artist from that region who died in 1992. Through initiatives, activities and cultural events the foundation aims to promote knowledge and popular understanding of the works of Italian and foreign artists, with particular regard to the whole body of Nino Rollo's work (sculpture, graphic art, drawings and writings).
The foundation is located at Via Dalmazio Birago 93, Lecce, in the house where the artist lived and worked for much of his life.
For organizational reasons and owing to a lack of adequate structures and facilities, the foundation is not currently open to the public, except on special occasions or by appointment.
